Latitude 64 Zero Medium Moonshine Pure - Kristin Lätt Team Series 2025
How do I read the numbers and stability?
How fast the disc has to be thrown to fly as designed. Beginners: up to 7. Without a strong arm, a faster disc will simply drop to the left and won't fly far.
How long the disc stays up in the air. A higher number means more distance with less effort. 5–7 works well for beginners.
High-speed turn. How much the disc turns to the right early in the flight (right-handed backhand). For beginners −1 to −3 is better: this turn to the right offsets the natural drop to the left of a beginner's throw, so the disc flies straighter.
Low-speed fade. How sharply the disc hooks to the left and drops at the end of the flight. For beginners 0–2 is more predictable and keeps more distance.
Despite how it sounds, understable does not mean a bad or unpredictable flight. Stability is relative to the power of the throw.
An understable disc is made to turn right on a powerful throw. On a beginner's softer throw, this tendency evens out the natural drop to the left, and the disc flies straight.
On a beginner's throw, a stable or overstable disc will drop to the left straight away and won't fly far. Once your throw gets stronger, you can move on to more stable discs.
Beginners: the first 6 months, still learning the basics of the throw. Amateurs: play regularly, with a developed technique. Advanced players: experienced players with a powerful, consistent throw.
Kristin Lätt's Signature series continues!
Last week we introduced Kristin Lätt's first Signature disc – Grand Orbit Grace . Now we follow up with the second release in her Signature series – Zero Moonshine Pure .
Pure is a modern classic among putt and approach discs, trusted by players for its excellent control and consistency. Developed in collaboration with Jesper Lundmark, it features:
✔ Low, comfortable rim – ideal for a clean release and comfortable grip. ✔ Minimal fade and plenty of glide – holds any line, perfect for precise approaches and confident shots. ✔ Straight, predictable flight – the first choice whether you are foaming, casting or making a run.
Kristin Lätt's trusty putter
Kristine has relied on Pure to secure victories, including her recent victory in Waco.
Here's what she says about it:
"The Moonshine Pure has become my favorite putter for foaming. Its low edge and great grip make it perfect for me. The flight path is incredibly predictable – straight with minimal fade and good glide. Even long putts outside the circle seem effortless."
Improved Glow performance
Moonshine Pure features the L64 Advanced Glow Formula, designed for brighter, longer-lasting glow in low light conditions. Introduced in 2024, this advanced Moonshine blend provides improved visibility during evening rounds and night play.
