Delivery information
Our store sells only products that are in our warehouse in Riga. This way we ensure the same delivery time for all the products we sell.
Delivery of goods to pick-up points
Your order is prepared for delivery within 1 – 2 business days. (In the off-season, orders are sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.)
If you have chosen delivery to an Omniva parcel locker, the delivery time is 1 – 2 business days (depending on the load of the selected locker).
If you have chosen delivery to a DPD Pickup point, it will be delivered within 1 – 2 business days, provided the item is in stock.
The total delivery time from the moment of ordering can be 2 – 3 business days.
The service cost starts from 2.30 EUR. You can see the exact delivery cost for each item in your shopping cart.
Pick-up at the warehouse (Free of charge)
If you have chosen to collect your goods in person at Brīvības iela 183, Riga, we will prepare the shipment within 1 – 2 business days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can collect your order by arranging a time in advance (SMS to 22 094 069). Door code: 1939, Contact No. 22 094 069.
You can park your car – in the courtyard of Brīvības 181; at the Sporta outlet near the VEF bridge; at the end of Kr. Barona Street or at the end of Klijānas Street near the Tram DEPO.
Home delivery by courier
If you have chosen home delivery by courier, we will deliver your order within 2 – 3 business days, provided the item is in stock. Couriers deliver orders along a pre-planned route, so it is not possible to choose an exact delivery time. You can only choose your preferred delivery time interval.
Delivery in Riga and the Riga districts is provided on business days from 8:00 to 22:00. In other cities – from 8:00 to 18:00.
