Riga Games 2025 – a weekly disc golf tournament in Riga every Tuesday!

From April 1 to September 16, a unique and extensive disc golf competition series – “Rīgas Spēles 2025” will take place in Riga. Every Tuesday evening , friendly, dynamic and professionally organized disc golf tournaments will take place in Mežaparks and Zaķusala , bringing together experienced players and newcomers.

“Rīgas Spēles” is a disc golf event in Riga , designed as a regular meeting place for all sports enthusiasts – with changing formats, prizes, challenges and a sense of community. This is a chance to break away from your daily routine every week and go to the disc golf course with friends or meet new players.

📅 What awaits participants?

• Every Tuesday from April to September
• Game start: evening (~17:45–18:30)
• Venues: AirBaltic Disc Golf Park in Mežaparks and Zaķusala Disc Golf Park
• Groups of 4 players for fast and fluid play (~2h)
• Variable formats : DoubleUP, Regular (REG), Flex Handicap (FLX H)
• Prizes for the best in each format and each division
• ACE banka – a chance to win a special accumulated prize every week

🎯 Tournament formats:

DoubleUP (DU) – groups are formed by rating, and the winner of each card receives a prize . Fierce competition, more winners!

Regular format (REG) – groups are drawn randomly. Rewards the best in each division , creating a pleasant socializing environment.

Flex Handicap (FLX H) – play with a friend or just compete against yourself! Winners are determined by personal handicap and the best score of the day.

🏅 Divisions:

• Pioneers (900+ rating)
• Enthusiasts (800–899)
• Debutants (up to 799)
• Ladies

Divisions ensure equal competition and a fair fight for every player.

💰 Participation fee: 7.50 EUR

0.50 EUR from each participation goes to the ACE bank - the player who throws an "Ace" (the first shot into the basket) during the tournament gets the entire accumulated amount. If no one throws, it moves to the next week.

👥 Limited number of places – up to 76 participants

To participate, you must register through DiscGolfMetrix and make a transfer.
